How to make it

  • preheat oven 160C(325F) grase and line35cm square cake tin
  • place butter milk sugar and choc in saucepan over low heat stirring until smooth cool
  • place flour baking powder vanilla eggs in large bowl
  • using electric hand beater mix in choc mix until smooth
  • pour mixture into lined tin
  • bake 2 hours and 20 mins or until cake is cooked when teasted with skewer can take a little longer to cook
  • leave in tin to cool
  • decorate with white choc ganache,icing or simply dust with icing sugar
