How to make it

  • cut cabbage in half and cook in rapidly boiling water for 5 minutes
  • remove and cool in ice bath if possible
  • slice onions in strips
  • cut bacon in 1/2 to 1 inch pieces
  • slice cabbage in strips
  • heat wok or fry pan
  • add bacon until almost crisp\
  • add onion , garlic and cabbage
  • cook on high stirring almost constantly
  • serve hot on platter...garnish with cherry tomtoes cooked for a minute in same pot to get the flavor but should look bright and fresh
