Snickers Cookie Cake Squares Recipe
Is it a cookie or a cake? NO, it's not a commercial for Fig Newtons!!! These are wonderful moist cookie squares.

Ingredients
  • 1 box (18.75 ounces) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 Snickers® candy bars, full size, chopped

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, brown sugar, eggs and butter.
  2. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
  3. Stir in chopped Snickers bars.
  4. Spread into an ungresed 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, or until cake test comes out clean.
  6. Cool on a wire rack.
  7. Cut into squares.

Jaie, you're killin' me again...this sounds so easy and so good. Why was I born with such a sweet tooth - why couldn't it have been a green bean tooth or something?!?!?

Sounds so simple! I'm not a big fan of nuts, but I bet this would work just as well with milky ways!
