How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Crush pretzels but not too fine.
  • Mix pretzels with sugar and butter then press into rectangular baking pan and bake 10 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Cream the cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping then put on crust.
  • Boil the junket in 2-1/2 cups water.
  • While hot add strawberries and refrigerate until cool.
  • Pour over cheese mixture and chill until set.

    I make this quite often and I use 2 boxes of strawberry jello instead of junket

    Oh my! My Dad always talks about how he loved junket growing up.Wait until I tell him that there are parts still out there that sells it. We can't get it up here. Maybe I need to get to your neck of the woods or have you send me some. I would love to make this for him. Thanks for the memories. MJ
