Asian Chicken Salad

- Chicken: shopping list
- 1 TBS soy suace shopping list
- 1 tsp Asian sesame oil shopping list
- 1 tsp vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tsp grated ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1 lb chicken tenders shopping list
- Salad: shopping list
- 1 bag (16 oz) coleslaw or broccoli slaw mix shopping list
- 1/4 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 2 TBS sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 TBS vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tsp hot green pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 seedless cucumber, peeled, cut in half, and sliced shopping list
- 2 TBS finely sliced mint shopping list
- 1 cup chow mein noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill
- In a bowl, combine chicken ingredients; toss together to coat chicken completely. Grill, turning once, until chicken is cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
- Pour slaw mix into a large bowl. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, hot sauce, and salt. Bring to a boil, pour over slaw mix, and toss to combine. Add cucumber and mint and toss again. Top with grilled chicken.
- Serve chow mein noodles on the side.
