Chocolate Pots

- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 6 ounces chocolate chips, semi sweet if you like. I use milk. shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup superfine sugar (Cup the sugar to about 3 TBSP if you use milk chocolate.) shopping list
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Butter the ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler or the microwave.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and flour.
- Whisk in the cooled butter and chocolate mixture.
- Divide the mixture between the 4 buttered ramekins.
- Bake for about 15 minutes
- The tops will be done and cracked. The Chocolate underneath will be hot and gooey.
- Serve while still very warm.
