Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips, semi sweet if you like. I use milk.
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup superfine sugar (Cup the sugar to about 3 TBSP if you use milk chocolate.)
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Butter the ramekins.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler or the microwave.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and flour.
  5. Whisk in the cooled butter and chocolate mixture.
  6. Divide the mixture between the 4 buttered ramekins.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes
  8. The tops will be done and cracked. The Chocolate underneath will be hot and gooey.
  9. Serve while still very warm.

Mmmm. gotta love the chocolate bliss!

Sounds delicious

Add a little vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top and they're sooo good. They disappeared within minutes at my house.
