  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ¾ cup beet juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions
  1. Mix flour and oil.
  2. Add juice in small increments, stirring.
  3. Knead until a supple dough ball forms.
  4. If pre-baking, prick crust and place in oven for 30 minutes, at 350°F
