Bourbon Pork Chops Recipe
I found this one the web a long time ago, printed it, but I don't remember what site I had found it on. You can use low fat sour cream in this with really no difference in taste or texture.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried sage
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 6 pork chops, trimmed
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup bourbon

Directions
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl and reserve.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and briefly saute pork chops on each side, then remove from pan.
  3. Add onions and mushrooms to pan and saute about 5 minutes.
  4. Add bourbon and cook until liquid evaporates.
  5. Place pork chops and mushrooms in a baking dish and pour sour cream mixture over.
  6. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
