Adobo Pork

- 4 thick cut boneless pork chops shopping list
- 1 1/2cups of adobo marinade shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/2 cup vinegar shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 3 Tbsps. brown sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsps. marjoram shopping list
- 3 Tbsps. thyme shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the adobo marinade, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, sugar, thyme and marjoram in a large zip lock baggie and marinate the pork sauce for over two hours and up to overnight - flipping them often.
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F and place the pork in an oven tray and pour some of the sauce on them. Bake for 35 - 40 min, or until done, basting with the sauce from the tray.
