Adobo Pork Recipe
This is a very very tasty and easy way to prepare pork chops,

Ingredients
  • 4 thick cut Boneless pork chops
  • 1 1/2cups of adobo marinade
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 Tbsps. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsps. marjoram
  • 3 Tbsps. thyme

Directions
  1. Mix the adobo marinade, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, sugar, thyme and marjoram in a large zip lock baggie and marinate the pork sauce for over two hours and up to overnight - flipping them often.
  2. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F and place the pork in an oven tray and pour some of the sauce on them. Bake for 35 - 40 min, or until done, basting with the sauce from the tray.
