How to make it

  • Saute the onions and celery in olive oil, and cook a minute or two
  • In large pot add broth, ham, cooked chicken, celery, onion, and bring just to boiling, but do not boil
  • In medium pot place heavy cream and swiss cheese; heat just until cheese is melted, stirring frequently
  • Then add melted cheese mixture to the large pot, add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat again slowly, with lid
  • May thicken with a little flour and water mixed if desired
  • DELICIOUS!
