Ingredients
  • ½ c graham cracker crumbs, purchased or put in a electric chopper
  • 2 T confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ c confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ c whipped topping
  • 1 can of Comstock Cherry Pie Filling
  • nonstick cooking spray

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar and butter until well blended.
  2. Press onto the bottom of a loaf pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth
  4. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread over crust.
  6. Spoon the pie filling over top.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
