I came up with this when I wanted cole slaw. It is a refreshing change. You can add any type of fruit that you wish.

Well summer is almost here so you should be getting some hits on this recipe. It is perfect. I love cole slaw and this one is so refreshing. Oh, I only put in 1 tablespoon of the onion the second time I made it and really loved it. Getting too old for all that onion. Thanks

Making this cole slaw again. I have an overabundance of cabbage and I am making an assortment of slaws for a huge party. No coconut this time. I think it scares men.

This recipes sounds very refreshing. I love the idea of the fruit in it with the onion. I will be trying this one very soon. Thanks.
