Buffalo Chicken Wrap Recipe
I love wraps rather than bread for sandwiches. These wraps are positively perfect.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons FranksĀ® Hot sauce, more or less to taste
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4-8-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 large tomato, diced

Directions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together FranksĀ®, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken tenders and cook 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  5. Add chicken to hot sauce mixture.
  6. Toss to coat well.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, pepper and 1 tablespoon vinegar.
  8. Stir in cheese.
  9. Lay tortillas on separate plates.
  10. Spread blue cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  11. Top with 1/4 of the chicken on each tortilla.
  12. Top each with lettuce, celery and tomatoes.
  13. Drizzle any remaining sauce from pan on top of each wrap.
  14. Roll up sandwich into wrap and serve.
