Sinsinnati Beer Cheese Dip Recipe
O.K.,it's really Cincinnati Beer Cheese Dip,but it's so good I had to change the name!!!

Ingredients
  • 3 sharp cheeses, 6 ounces of each; try Asiago, Cheddar, Cooper, Parmesan, Pecorino Romano or Manchego
  • 1-1/2 ounces Roquefort cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • hot sauce to taste
  • 1 cup dark beer

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, mix together all the cheese, butter, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm the beer but not to a boil.
  3. Gradually add the warm beer to the cheese mixture and mix until of good dipping consistency.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
  5. Really cheesey and flavorful spread for crackers!
