Pumpkin Dip Recipe
Love this simple recipe! Got it out of a "Market Day" cookbook. I put this out with my buffet and let my guests eat it up!

Ingredients
  • 3 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • dash of ground cloves
  • 8 oz. tub frozen whipped topping thawed

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended
  2. Stir in rest of ingredients EXCEPT WHIPPED TOPPING
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Serve with Ginger snaps or Shortbread cookies

This sounds yummy. Along with the ginger snaps and shortbread cookies, you could also serve baked pie crust cut-outs.

This is excellent! I made it for a Halloween party last year and it disappeared within minutes. Along with the gingersnaps I served apple slices with it, and the kids at the party actually preferred the apples to the cookies!
