Love this simple recipe! Got it out of a "Market Day" cookbook. I put this out with my buffet and let my guests eat it up!

Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- dash of ground cloves
- 8 oz. tub frozen whipped topping thawed
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended
- Stir in rest of ingredients EXCEPT WHIPPED TOPPING
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Serve with Ginger snaps or Shortbread cookies

This sounds yummy. Along with the ginger snaps and shortbread cookies, you could also serve baked pie crust cut-outs.

This is excellent! I made it for a Halloween party last year and it disappeared within minutes. Along with the gingersnaps I served apple slices with it, and the kids at the party actually preferred the apples to the cookies!
