Now that I'm done laughing at myself....these look great. I think I'll bake them then throw the meatballs in a crockpot with the rest of the ingredients. I'm pretty new to the site and so I was exploring. I found that "I made it" post and started looking through that. Well there's a sauerkraut meatball recipe there that I had to do a search on. I read it, bookmarked it, then hit my backspace button thinking I was still in the person who wrote that recipes page. As I looked over all the recipes they were all sauerkraut, sauerkraut, sauerkraut... I started thinking "This person really likes sauerkraut!" That's when I realized I was an idoit! Glad I searched that recipe though or I wouldn't have found yours!

Don't be put off by the combination of ingredients - it all really works well together. A co-worker brought these in for a treat day and I couldn't stop eating them.
