How to make it

  • Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter but do not drain.
  • Add enough bread stuffing to onion mushroom mixture to fill four chicken breasts.
  • Cover one side of each breast with mixture and roll or fold over.
  • Fasten with toothpicks.
  • Place in baking dish then add cream of chicken soup
  • Sprinkle with paprika and parsley then bake at 350 for one hour.

    OH this sounds good. I make a similar type dish with either veal or minute steaks called "birds" that we love so am definately going to try this one. Thanks for posting.
