Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts pounded thin
  • 2 bunches green onions chopped
  • 1/4 pound mushrooms sliced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions
  1. Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter but do not drain.
  2. Add enough bread stuffing to onion mushroom mixture to fill four chicken breasts.
  3. Cover one side of each breast with mixture and roll or fold over.
  4. Fasten with toothpicks.
  5. Place in baking dish then add cream of chicken soup
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley then bake at 350 for one hour.

OH this sounds good. I make a similar type dish with either veal or minute steaks called "birds" that we love so am definately going to try this one. Thanks for posting.
