An easy asian inspired pork dish

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 boneless chops about 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
- prepare your grill for grilling
- mix barbecue, hoisin and honey in small saucepan
- conver and cook over medium heat about 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend
- Sprinkle pork with the garlic, salt, pepper, and ginger
- grill pork 4 to 6 inches from heat source cover for 8 to 10 minutes turning ever two minutes
- brush pork with hoisin glaze turning every 2 minutes until each side of the pork has been glazed twice
- heat reamining glaze to boiling
- boil for 1 minute
- serve remaining glaze over pork chops
