Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 12 apricots, halved
- 1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped(or other nuts of your choice)
Directions
- Stir cream cheese until smooth; spoon into apricot halves (or use pastry bag and pipe a decorative design for more elegance)
- Sprinkle with pistachios.
- Serve as an appetizer, snack or dessert.
