Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese

12 apricots, halved

1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped(or other nuts of your choice)

Directions

Stir cream cheese until smooth; spoon into apricot halves (or use pastry bag and pipe a decorative design for more elegance)

Sprinkle with pistachios.

Serve as an appetizer, snack or dessert.
