Simple hand -me - down family potatoe kugel dish

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- Grate potatoes.
- Saute onions in butter until golden.
- Add to potatoes and blend well.
- Add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into greased 2-Qt. casserole dish.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hr, or until deep brown.
