Family Potatoe Kugel Recipe

How to make it

  • Grate potatoes.
  • Saute onions in butter until golden.
  • Add to potatoes and blend well.
  • Add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into greased 2-Qt. casserole dish.
  • Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hr, or until deep brown.
