Guessipie Creamy Pasta And Shrimp Recipe
Creamy cheesy sauce with pasta & shrimp.. I've made this for years, this is my guessipe with approximate ingredients... guess work! This is the first time I've written it down.. hence the Guessipe!

Ingredients
  • Creamed Noodles and Shrimp for 2
  • Some fat free Half and Half
  • 3 or 4 oz. creamed cheese
  • about 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tab. real butter
  • 1/3 cup Chardonnay wine
  • Cooked noodles (I use egg noodles)
  • About 12 med. lrg. Shrimp (already cooked and set aside)

Directions

  2. About 12 med. lrg. Shrimp (already cooked and set aside)
  3. Melt butter and cream cheese in skillet very low heat, when melted add parmesan cheese and mix well, add wine and stir till smooth, cook about 2 min. then add Shrimp to warm them up... Poor over warm noodles... Serve
