Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large saucepan, melt butter.
  • Add mushrooms and green onion. Saute until mushrooms are softened.
  • Whisk in flour and cook until bubbly. Cook 1 minute.
  • Whisk in chicken stock.
  • Whisk in milk.
  • Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Add cream cheese cubes and Swiss cheese. Stir until cheeses are melted.
  • Add spinach in batches, stirring until spinach is wilted.
  • Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
