How to make it

  • Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
  • Add juice and chill until thickened.
  • Fold in coconut and whipped cream.
  • Make layers of cake bits and gelatin mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Chill over night and cut into squares.
  • Serves 12
