Ingredients

2 Tilapia Fillets

1 can Rotel

1 can refried beans

Brown Rice

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400

Put Tilapia Fillets in a single layer in an oven proof dish

Pour Rotel over the top of the fish

Bake for 20-30 minutes depending on how big the fish is.

Heat Refried beans according to package directions

cook rice according to package directions

Serve.
