Ingredients
- Cooked rice (can be leltover rice,plain or flavored, instant or regular rice)
- 8 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- butter or margarine
Directions
- Place hot cooked rice on plate, put some butter on rice.
- Fry 2 eggs per serving, salt and pepper to taste,place on top of rice.
- You can also top with cheese, salsa, green chilies, or anything you like.
