How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Form into 6 patties.
  • Grill or fry on stovetop.
  • Serve on toasted french bread or Kaiser rolls.
  • Top with your favorite toppings: grilled onions are great on these.

    I just made this for lunch with a few adjustments based on what was in my pantry and personal taste. I used 1/2 cup of feta cheese, substituted a cup of yellow onion, chopped for the shallots, and I added one pound of ground sausage to the 1 lb. of turkey. I did not use the grated parmesan or the garlic-herb cheese. This is SO VERY GOOD! I want to inhale another one, but will fight myself because I'm on a diet. Thanks for the post. 5+ forks!
