A simple do ahead recipe-- similar to goulash.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. browned Hamburger
  • 1C uncooked macaroni
  • 1/2 C. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 C. chopped celery
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 1 t. salt (scant t.)
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup

Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together in an 8X12" baking dish. Cover and refridgerate over night. Bake covered in ~350 oven 1 1/2 hours. Be sure you brown your hamburger before mixing and refridgerating. Top w/grated cheese.
