How to make it

  • Preheat oven to350 degrees
  • Beat egg whites until frothy
  • Add sugar slowly
  • Beat until mixture is stiff and peaks form.
  • Fold in nuts and chocolate chips
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Place cookie sheet in oven.
  • Turn off oven immediately
  • Leave cookies in oven overnight .( DO NOT OPEN DOOR!)
  • Wake up to a tasty morning surprise !!

    I have done this recipe with less sugar. I think 1/2 cup. It is a great recipe and no fat.
