How to make it

  • Cut two 4 inch strips from lemon, and extract juice from lemon
  • Set aside
  • Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add lemon strips, top with cover and process 1 minute
  • Add 1 teaspoon instant pudding mix to processor bowl, process 1 minute or until lemon rind is finely chopped
  • Add cream cheese and process until smooth
  • Gradually pour milk and reserved lemon juice through food chute with processor running
  • Add remaining pudding mix, and process 1 minute
  • Chill sauce
  • Serve over fresh fruit
  • Makes 3 cups
  • NOTE: May make with 2 lemons, four 4 inch strips and juice from 2 lemons OR
  • May make WITHOUT lemons, and add a little vanilla or rum
