How to make it

  • Mix base ingredients together.
  • Press into a 9x13 pan. Place in freezer while making filling.
  • Cream the cheese, peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add milk beating well.
  • Add Cool Whip and mix together.
  • Spread on top of base.
  • Drizzle caramel syrup over all.
  • Freeze without covering.
  • After frozen, cover with saran wrap.
  • Cut while frozen and serve.
