Healthy Bar

- oatmeal, 1/2 cup shopping list
- Kashi "Go Lean" cereal (available at Walmart), 1 cup shopping list
- almonds, 1/2 cup shopping list
- dry roasted soybeans, 1/2 cup shopping list
- Splenda (or Walmart's "Altern"), 3/4 cup shopping list
- vanilla, 1 tsp shopping list
- cinnamon, 1 level tbsp shopping list
- apple juice, 1/2 cup shopping list
- egg whites, 3 shopping list
- raisins, 1 small box shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 425 degrees
- coat 5" x 9" non-stick pan with non-stick spray
- combine all ingredients and mix well
- spread the mixture into the pan
- bake for 30 minutes
- let cool, cut into bars about 1 inch wide
- place each bar into a sandwich bag and refridgerate
