Geraldz...this sounds fab, but a 5?? X 9 pan? Do you mean 9 X 9? Thanks!

Hi mluvi -

No, I have a 5 x 9 pan. Works well since bars are usually about 5 inches long.

Thanks for submitting this recipe. Sounds good, I'm going to try it. I was looking for a substitute for that cookie diet thing and came across this. It looks easy enough and I'm going to try it.

Mu daughter hates raisins, but I think I will try to substitute chocolate shavings.

Yum all the ingredients I like and low carb, low fat energy bar, i'm all for it. Would you happen to know about how much calories? I am going to make this and use as my snack and breakfast bar. thx for sharing......

Wow, I didn't know there was such a thing as a "recipe builder." If anyone has variations for improvements, please comment. Thanks!

Gotta get some of the ingreds, but will definetly make these. Thanks

Mulvi - the pan is a loaf pan size. Garaldz... the builder I use is www.sparkrecipes.com.

Going on an excursion to buy antique clocks, this would be nice to have in the book bag.
