Ingredients

How to make it

  • preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • coat 5" x 9" non-stick pan with non-stick spray
  • combine all ingredients and mix well
  • spread the mixture into the pan
  • bake for 30 minutes
  • let cool, cut into bars about 1 inch wide
  • place each bar into a sandwich bag and refridgerate

    Ooohh... these sound GREAT! I input the ingredients into a recipe builder and based on 9 servings here is the nutritional info:

    Calories 144
    Fat 6.3
    Sat Fat 0.6
    Carbohydrates 16.7
    Fiber 4.7
    Sugar 6.0
    Protein 8.1
    Cholesterol 0
    Sodium 30
    Calcium 49
    Iron 1.5
    Vit. A 21
    Vit. C 0.5

    I am def. going to be making these as soon as I can get to the store to grab a few ingredients I don't have on hand!

    yum all the ingredients I like and low carb, low fat energy bar, i'm all for it. Would you happen to know about how much calories? I am going to make this and use as my snack and breakfast bar. thx for sharing......

    Thanks for submitting this recipe. Sounds good, I'm going to try it. I was looking for a substitute for that cookie diet thing and came across this. It looks easy enough and I'm going to try it.

    No, I have a 5 x 9 pan. Works well since bars are usually about 5 inches long.
