Help me develop a "nutrition bar" snack. There's plenty on the market, but none are low carb, low fat, low sugar, high protein and high fiber. Check this out!

Geraldz...this sounds fab, but a 5?? X 9 pan? Do you mean 9 X 9? Thanks!

Hi mluvi -
No, I have a 5 x 9 pan. Works well since bars are usually about 5 inches long.

Thanks for submitting this recipe. Sounds good, I'm going to try it. I was looking for a substitute for that cookie diet thing and came across this. It looks easy enough and I'm going to try it.

Wow, I didn't know there was such a thing as a "recipe builder." If anyone has variations for improvements, please comment. Thanks!
