How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine feta cheese and cream cheese.
  • Beat with an electric mixture until blended.
  • With mixer on low speed, blend in cream.
  • Cover and refrigerate over night or up to 5 days.
  • Slice baguette into 16 slices.
  • Spread feta mixture on each slice and top with slice of prosciutto.
