Rosemary Pork Chops

- 2 t grated lemon zest shopping list
- 1 t dried rosemary shopping list
- 1/8 t black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 t garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 t salt shopping list
- 4 pork loin chops (about 3/4 inch thick) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine zest and spices in small bowl and rub over pork chops
- In one skillet, add some oil cook chops on medium-high until browned, then turn heat to medium
- Turn chops over and cook 5-6 minutes (or until cooked through)
- Suggested side dishes: steamed broccoli and orzo w/lemon juice and zest, parsley and a bit of parmesan cheese

I made this last night- great recipe! We had with baked potatoes and sauteed green beans. Think I'll try pork tenderloin next time, but I will definitely be using this seasoning combo again. Really nice blend of garlic, lemon and rosemary flavors,...more
