Shoo-fly cupcakes

- 3 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup shortening shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup molasses shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 1 tespoon baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, sugar, shortening and salt together.
- Reserve 1 cup for crumbles.
- Mix molasses, boiling water and baking soda.
- Combine with dry mixture.
- Fill individual cups of paper-lined cup cake pan with mixture and top with crumbles.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Makes about 24 cupcakes.
