Hot Pepper Peach Preserves Cheeseball Recipe
FESTIVE, QUICK, EASY TO MAKE! This is the perfect cheeseball for a party. The Hot Pepper Peach Preserves give it some power! Serve it with chips, crackers. Great with ham too.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces quality cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Hot Pepper Peach Preserves (can add minced jalapenos to regular peach preserves)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno, chopped
  • Monterey Jack or favorite cheese, shredded
  • Sliced almonds, can toast

Directions
  1. Blend the first four ingredients together well
  2. Chill about an hour
  3. Form into a ball and roll in Monterey Jack cheese and almonds
  4. Keep chilled until ready to serve
  5. Can be made 2 days ahead
  6. THIS IS REALLY A GOOD ONE!

Oh boy, does this sound wonderful. I must make this and take it for Thanksgiving. I always get assigned the veggie tray where they expect me to buy it...I'll surprise them with this. I can imagine it would be good on sliced apples as well as crackers.


I like this one! And it could be made with reduced fat cheeses and be a very tasty/healthy party snack!
