How to make it

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet; brown chicken. Drain off excess oil.
  • Combine barbecue sauce and flour; stirring until smooth. Add orange juice, brown sugar, ginger, and pepper sauce. Pour over the chicken. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add orange slices and simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender. Arrange chicken with orange slices on a serving platter; Pass the extra sauce.

    So easy and so good. I don't make many recipes twice, but this will have to be one of my go-to recipes! I used chicken tenders, served it over brown rice w/ a side of steamed broccoli. I added a picture (I hope you don't mind)...I'm just not very good at photography! Have a happy Wednesday!

    THIS SOUNDS WONDERFUL..I THINK I WILL MAKE TODAY FOR OUR SUNDAY DINNER. THANKS FOR THE POST. I THINK I WILL SERVE WITH RICE. NOW I JUST NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT KIND OF VEGETABLE.
