Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut chicken wings at the joints.
  • Toss away the tips or reserve for broth or stock.
  • Combine the wing joints, bourbon, olive oil, garlic cloves, lemon rind, and lemon juice in a bowl or a zip lock bag.
  • Toss to coat the wings and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Mix the bread crumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag.
  • Drain the wing joints and toss them in the bread crumb mixture.
  • Place the wings on a foil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes. Then place under broiler until crisp and golden, about 4 minutes on each side.
  • Chicken wings serve 2 - 4.

This sounds good and I have saved it. Since our complex has stopped us from grilling I have been looking for a good recipe for the oven. Gotta cook wings on game day.
