This is a great recipe I obtained from a Sunday School class mate. She had the class over for dinner a few months back and this is one of the dressing she prepared with her great salad bar. I instantly fell in love with this recipe and have made it... More

i assume you could substitute plain yoghurt for the mayo...
radishes would also be a nice addition to the salad...
thanks for the inspiration!

Hi. When this was served, she served it over a very simple salad consisting of romaine, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese. It was awesome.

Since one of my favorite salads includes chopped romaine, chopped stuffed green olives, olive oil, sherry vinegar and romano cheese; this recipe will be a great addition to the repertoire. Thank you so much for posting this. I have a graduation party next Saturday. This will be my take along to share. YUM

G'day all,
I'm an Aussie foodie and like the look of this salad dressing but I don't know what you mean by "crushed red pepper" - we don't have any ingredient by that name. All I can think of is paprika or sweet paprika or perhaps dried chilli powder. Can you help - or suggest a substitute - or is it not essential in the recipe? Thanks, Judy.

Hi Templeton. You could leave it out or substitute driled chili powder. Crushed red pepper is a dried chili pepper that is crushed and usually sold in flakes.
