Blonde Spice Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Butter (softened)

1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1 Egg

2-1/2 Cups Flour

3/4 Tsp Baking Soda

1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt

1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/8 Tsp Nutmeg

Dash of Cloves

3 - 4 Tsps Grated Orange Peel

1) 12oz Package Vanilla Chips

Cream Butter and Sugars. Beat in Egg.

Combine dry Ingredients and add to Creamed Mixture.

Stir in Chips.

Directions

Drop by rounded Tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 350 for 12 - 14 Minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool on wire racks.

Makes about 3 dozen
