Just another flavored butter but try it on corn on the cob and anything else you can think of.

Ingredients
  • Clean the peppers; remove the stem and the seeds.
  • Chili Butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper sauce

Directions
  1. Put in bowl and mix.

I know that there is a term for this form of butter. Can not bring it to mind. Like "shoftshellcrab" sated it would be great with corn on the cob. But But also corn off the cob. Fresh mixed vegetables. Cooking with eggs. Etc! *5*
