    I know that there is a term for this form of butter. Can not bring it to mind. Like "shoftshellcrab" sated it would be great with corn on the cob. But But also corn off the cob. Fresh mixed vegetables. Cooking with eggs. Etc! *5*

    Thanks for the recipes, Mystic. The chili butter sounds really good, especially for corn on the cob. Yum! I am going to have this on my corn tomorrow.
