Hot Spicy Shrimps

- 1 kilogram of fresh medium size shrimps, peeled, vained and soaked in lemon juice and a bit of soy sauce. shopping list
- 2 large heads of garlic, peeled and crushed finely shopping list
- 5 large ripe red tomatoes, peled and diced. shopping list
- 1 500 ml Louisiana Red Hot Sause. shopping list
- 5 small hot green chilli cut in rings with seed and veins. shopping list
- 1 tea spoon white venigar shopping list
- 1 tea spoon salt shopping list
- 1 table spoon sugar. shopping list
- 2 table spoons oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 table spoon soy sauce shopping list
- 2 table spoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 large white onion shreded. shopping list
- 1 mediun size zuchini shreded shopping list
- 1 cup cilantro finely chopped shopping list
- 4 table spoons vegitable oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a large frying pan or a wok add the vegitable oil and when hot add the minced garlic and shreded onion, mix and fry for 3 minutes, then add the green chilli and continue frying until the gralic turns slightly golden in color.
- Add the diced tomatoes, shreded zuchini and stir for another 5 minutes.
- Add the louisiana host sauce, salt and sugar and continue stirring for and additional 10 minutes.
- Drain the shrimps and add to the pan, then add soay sauce, oyster sauce and lemon juice and continue stirring for another 5 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped cilantro and continue stirring for one more minute.
- Remove off the stove and let settle for 5 minutes.
- Serve with plain steamed white rice.
