How to make it

  • In a large frying pan or a wok add the vegitable oil and when hot add the minced garlic and shreded onion, mix and fry for 3 minutes, then add the green chilli and continue frying until the gralic turns slightly golden in color.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, shreded zuchini and stir for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the louisiana host sauce, salt and sugar and continue stirring for and additional 10 minutes.
  • Drain the shrimps and add to the pan, then add soay sauce, oyster sauce and lemon juice and continue stirring for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the finely chopped cilantro and continue stirring for one more minute.
  • Remove off the stove and let settle for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with plain steamed white rice.
