Spinach Appeitizers Recipe

These are good during holidays.

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook spinach. Drain, cool and squeeze dry. Melt butter in 13" x
- 9" glass or metal baking pan.
- Beat eggs and mix in milk, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix
- well. Stir in minced onion, grated sharp cheddar cheese and the
- spinach. Pour into the buttered pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 F.
- Chill and cut into 1 inch squares. Serve warm. Reheat in oven or
- microwave. Freezes well.
