Ingredients

2 - CANS OF CANNED CHICKEN (WHITE MEAT ) OR YOU CAN USE THE MEAT OF A CHICKEN YOU HAVE BOILED AND DEBONED.

1-LARGE CAN OF BLACK OLIVES.

1-BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS

1-1/2 CUP OF CHEDDAR CHEESE OR MOTZERELLA

2TSP. OF GALIC-BUY THE JAR OF GALIC PACKED IN OLIVE OIL OR CHOP YOUR OWN GARLIC

2 MEDIUM TOMATOES

1/2 GREEN PEPPER AND 1/2 A RED PEPPER

1-1/2 CUP OF MAYONAISE.

use a little black pepper to taste.

a bag of whole wheat pasta in any shape . can use regular pasta if you prefer

Directions

Chop chicken and vegtables place in bowl set aside and boil up the pasta , drain, cool and then place in bowl with vegtables and chicken.

make your dressing for the salad with mayonaise thinned by milk or water till it will pour. put the galic and pepper in the sauce and pour over your salad. mix well. cut up cheese in to sm sq. mix into salad also. mix well place in frigerator to chill or serve at once which ever you prefer.

hope you enjoy this salad. you can add other vegtables to your liking.
