This sounds interesting, is the pan a flat one or a deep one?

My mistake! 2" deep. Sorry! Do you know if it's possible to add something to a recipe like in this case? Please let me know. Thks! Jack

Jack, yes there is a way to amend your recipe after you submit it...click on the recipe you want to amend, then at the top it should say "Find a mistake? Edit this recipe." you can click on that and then fix what is wrong with it!

Hope that helped?

Glad I could help Jack!

Love this lol

Ounces? You're writing ounces? How in the heck do I measure ounces? Stand on the scale with the empty bowl and then throw in flour until I weigh a little over a pound more? I know the large glass measuring cup has ounces but I was told that's for liquid only. I think this is too complicated for me.

Sorry, I was reading the comments backwards and see this was answered waaaaaaaaaay long ago! Oh well, I'm a newbie.

I have a scale for measuring ingredients, so no problem with this recipe. Can't wait to try it! I love apple desserts.

Yum, can't wait to try, thanks for posting!

This is definitely a high five! YUM! Thanks for the delicious post!

Thanks for the recipe. My youngest son bought me an old fashion apple peeler/corer and loves to see me use it. It doesn't hurt that when I use it he gets an apple dessert. :-)

Is that really like a pound and 1/4 each of flour and sugar? Is there a cup measurement one can use? I love this dish and of course especially cause we share the same name! :0) This is different from ones I am used to cooking and I would love to try it. Enjoy anything with apples and cinnamon. For diabetics, did you know cinnamon helps to regulate blood sugar? If you could answer the flour/sugar question I would appreciate it. I have some Golden Delicious apples waiting. Thanks!
Betty
