Cranberry Salad

this has a wonderful flavor and is easy to make
Ingredients
- 1- 6 oz. pkg cherry Jell-O shopping list
- 2 cups hot water shopping list
- 4 Tbs lemon juice shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 2 cups whipped cream (I also use Cool Whip) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans shopping list
- 1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1 lb. can jellied cranberry sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add cranberry sauces and lemon juice. Pour into a lightly oiled cake pan. Chill until firm. Blend together softened cream cheese, whipped cream and nuts. Spread on top of gelatin. Refrigerate over night or for several hours before serving.
