How to make it

  • In a large bowl, mix the curry powder, turmeric, hot sauce, soy sauce, oil, green onion, garlic and pepper.
  • Add chicken, tossing to coat well.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
  • Drain chicken and place in a single layer on a large cookie sheet with sides.
  • Place in a 350°F oven and bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with a chutney, mixed with plain yogurt.

    Oh, I'm so making these next wing craving. I love curry and can't believe I never thought of doing it to wings. What a natural dipping sauce too. Thanks for the awesome post.
