Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  • Liberally rub with salt and pepper.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and coat both sides of the breasts.
  • Let marinate for at least two hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place chicken on foil lined baking sheets and bake for 25 minutes.
  • If you want them crispier looking, run them under the broiler for a couple of minutes.

    Fixed these tonight... and your right.. it makes the most of the chicken, wonderful.. I usually don't care for baked chicken breast.. this will become a regular meal! "Thank you"
