Ingredients

How to make it

  • Blend sugar, flour and salt.
  • Strain through a collendar so there are no lumps.
  • Add beaten egg white, vanilla and pecans
  • Drop by teaspoonful onto heavily greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35 mintues in preheated 275 degree oven.
  • Remove from cookie sheet before cookies are completely cold.
