Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar

1 tbs flour

1/3 tsp salt

1 egg white (beaten)

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups pecans

Directions

Blend sugar, flour and salt.

Strain through a collendar so there are no lumps.

Add beaten egg white, vanilla and pecans

Drop by teaspoonful onto heavily greased baking sheet.

Bake for 35 mintues in preheated 275 degree oven.

Remove from cookie sheet before cookies are completely cold.
