A tastey Pumpkin Pie/ cake recipe.
Ingredients
- pumpkin Mixture: shopping list
- 2 1/2 C. pumpkin shopping list
- 1 1/4 C. sugar shopping list
- 1 t. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 t. ginger shopping list
- 1/2 t. cloves shopping list
- 6 eggs-slightly beaten shopping list
- 1 large can of evaporated milk shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1/2 C. butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first seven ingredients together ....mix cake mix and butter together until crumbly...pour the pumpkin mixture in a 9X13" pan and sprinkle the crumb mix ontop. Bake at ~350 for 45-50 minutes.
- When cool top w/Whipped Cream or Cool Whip
