A tastey Pumpkin Pie/ cake recipe.

Ingredients
  • Pumpkin Mixture:
  • 2 1/2 C. Pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1 t. ginger
  • 1/2 t. cloves
  • 6 eggs-slightly beaten
  • 1 large can of evaporated milk
  • Topping:
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 C. butter

Directions
  1. Mix first seven ingredients together ....mix cake mix and butter together until crumbly...pour the pumpkin mixture in a 9X13" pan and sprinkle the crumb mix ontop. Bake at ~350 for 45-50 minutes.
  2. When cool top w/Whipped Cream or Cool Whip
