What an elegant dessert this one is. Light and refreshing all in one. They don't get any better than this one. Yummers. One of my favorite desserts to serve at dinner parties.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups strawberries hulled
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup dark rum
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1-1/2 cups mango sorbet
  • Lime zest as garnish

Directions
  1. In a blender container combine strawberries, powdered sugar, rum and lime juice then cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide sorbet among 6 dessert dishes then pour the daiquiri mixture around the sorbet and garnish each serving with a lime zest.
